TERRIFICON has approval on all vendors. If what you are planning to exhibit or sell does not fit in with our comic book/art centric event, your booth/table application will be returned along with any payment.

The following items are forbidden for sale or as cosplay props at TERRIFICON®
Vendors at flea markets, craft shows, fairs, trade shows, and similar events must obtain a Connecticut Sales and Use Tax Permit from the CT Department of Revenue Service — even if you will only be making sales for one day.
You must display the permit prominently in your booth or table. The requirement applies to individuals, corporations, partnerships, and all other business entities. As a seller, you are responsible for collecting and remitting sales and use taxes whether or not you collect them from your customers.
The permit generally costs $100 and lasts 5 years ($20/year). Failure to obtain a permit may result in a fine of up to $500 or up to three months imprisonment per offense.
